Zoom App Users Guide

Prerequisites

  • This integration is only availble for Academia Foro official teacher's . To be part of the Acamedia Foro staff and enjoy a remote and flexible way of theaching Spanish law contact with us here

  • If you're already an official teacher and you have problems with login, please, refers to contacto@academiaforo.eu

Installation

  1. Login to Zona de Alumnos with the user/password provided by Academia Foro.

  2. Navigate to the  Zoom Web page.

  3. Click "Acceder" button to be redirected to the Zoom App Validation Form

Usage 

  1. After the Installation the app gets the meetings list and user info and shows you on the main page.

  2. Create meeting: 
    On the Zoom Web page, click the plus button located on the top-right corner.
    Fill the meeting form with the required info an click on "Crear" button

  3. Edit meeting:
    On the Zoom Web page, search the meeting you want to edit in the table.
    Click "Editar" button on the row, a modal window will open for you to change the current info. Click "Guardar" to save the inf

Uninstallation

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and go to Zoom Marketplace

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps and search for Academia Foro teachers Integration

  3. Click Academia Foro teachers Integration app.

  4. Click on Uninstall
